"I find myself welcoming so little black in to my wardrobe these days due to the wider range of tones championed by designers." — yes yes yes! I stopped wearing black (minus full black outfits) after COVID because it felt too somber, and I feel like my outfits suddenly got so much more interesting. This read like a fun, fashion tabloid and I'm here for it!
Thanks Laura! Yes agree black is feeling somber post Covid. Personally, I only really like to wear it with a tan in summer now too! I’m not a huge ‘colour theory’ person as I feel you should always wear whatever colours you feel best in xx
You struck on something that got my wheels turning; I LOVE black clothing (all seasons, all the time) BUT there are some other really great "grounding" colors that almost do the work that black does and green is a great example! Obviously in fall we also get lots of "wine" but I only want it if it's "muddy wine" like mixing Bordeaux with brown!
there's not place like London! As an adopted Londoneer I loved this so bad Camilla :) are you a east or a west London girl? I was trying to guess from your takes but I am not sure!
Ahaha I’m dying! I think it’s great that I didn’t place you right away—this city has so much to offer, from east to west, and I personally think the best approach is to be open to everything it gives. By the way, I love your posts! And in case you were wondering, I’m an SW1! Ahaha
